• To verify the eligibility of beneficiaries requesting repatriation or educational aid.
• To submit mandatory annual audit reports to the Income Tax Department and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

2. Strict Funding & Currency Restrictions (Crucial Compliance)

• Domestic Operations: Currently, GULF SEWA accepts contributions exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) from bank accounts maintained within India.
• Foreign Contributions Block: We do not accept international credit cards, foreign bank transfers, or NRI accounts without prior MHA authorization. Any foreign funds routed to our domestic accounts unlawfully will be frozen and returned to the source bank immediately.

3. Utilization of Funds
All funds collected will be strictly used for our declared public charitable objectives:

• Air cargo/repatriation charges for deceased Indian expats.
• Final funeral/cremation expenses.
• Direct educational donations to the children of the deceased.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations made to GULF SEWA are voluntary contributions for charity and are non-refundable. Please review your transaction details before finalizing any donation.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
